Self Almagamating Tape
Self-amalgamating black tape, available in 19mm, 25mm and 50mm, all supplied on 10m reels. These tapes produce strong waterproof joints which insulate and prevent corrosion. It's simple, after the tape has been stretched and wrapped around cables, joints, pipes etc, it gradually amalgamates (or flows) into itself.
They have excellent physical and electrical properties, high resistance to ozone and prolonged immersion in water as well as a void-free, homogenous insulation without the need for heat or pressure.
