Supply Chain & Trading with Russia

As a Business, Shoal Group are aware that the devastating situation in Ukraine is going to cause some unease for our customers regarding possible supply chain disruption and our stance on trading with Russia, directly and indirectly.

All business involving directly or indirectly Russia and/or Belarus was ceased immediately, including, but not limited to:
• Any and all direct and indirect sales to Russia and Belarus or to Russian or Belarusian entities and identified individuals.
• Any and all direct and indirect purchases from Russia and Belarus or from Russian or Belarusian entities and identified individuals.
• We will not accept any new business for customers in Russia or Belarus, no matter where an order or request was originated.

Currently this tragedy is not affecting our lead times or ability to manufacture goods and we do not have any direct or indirect suppliers located in Ukraine or Russia.

We do not have any suppliers that have sub-suppliers in either Ukraine or Russia that could threaten the supply of our goods.

We do not have any logistic routes that could be affected by the Russia / Ukraine conflict.
