Marketing of products & services to increase business to business sales. We only process personal data that you submit, such as full name, job title and contact details. We do not purchase external lists. Quotations and Order processing activities are carried out under the legal basis of contract. We only process personal data that you submit, such as full name, job title and contact details. We may need to pass data to recipients such as couriers and freight agents and exchange personal data in relation to creating a business to business trading account for the order. Without processing the data we will be unable to fulfil your contract with us.

Telephone calls may be recorded to ensure you receive a high level of customer service. Calls are reviewed for quality, training and security purposes. Customer feedback is important to FSC, we use a customer review platform so you can have your say.

Sharing your personal data:
We will only use your data for the purposes stated, we may need to share it with suppliers & sub-contractors to meet your contractual needs or professional services such as auditors and legal or financial advisors to meet business legislation requirements.

As part of the Dilpoma plc “Shoal Group Ltd” FSC may share data within the group. In the event that our business or any part of it is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and those of any prospective purchaser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.

We use international marketing agencies to process direct marketing emails. Suitable safeguards are in place to ensure all third party processors meet the requirements laid down in the GDPR. Further information is available from the data controller on request.

How long do we store personal data:
If we are processing your data for the sole purpose of direct marketing (legal basis legitimate interest) we will store your data for a maximum of 48 months.

Where we have processed your data for business to business contractual reasons such as order fulfilment (legal basis contract) we will store your data for the duration of the customer trading relationship plus any time frame agreed contractually or required to meet our statutory requirements.
